Our platform uses the familiar tool, Microsoft Word, for report creation and customisation. Using a familiar tool improves the efficiency of your team and removes the need for specialised business intelligence tools and the training and maintenance associated with such tools.

You have full control over the presentation of the report; its layout, chart and table styles, and overall formatting can be tailored to match your corporate standards and branding.

Reports generated by our tool are standard Word documents, allowing your team to easily extend or modify them before presenting to your customers.

Maintenance of reports becomes a trivial task, as anybody with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word can update the report template or report document.

Reporting objects

The reporting tool gives you direct access to numerous reporting objects that cover many features across infrastructure management, service desk and other platform components.

The reporting objects consist of data-driven charts, tables and labels, and for large data sets, the option to embed the data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

We continuously evolve and maintain the reporting objects, bringing new features to your reporting as we release new platform capabilities. Create your reports using tools you are familiar with.

Business hours

Our platform is time-zone aware at its core, inherently allowing for very flexible business hours reporting. The reporting tool supports predefined business hours for your customers, 24x7 reporting, or reporting between custom hours and in specific time zones.

Where applicable, the reporting objects support business hours, and automatically present data according to the chosen settings.

Using our reporting tool, you have a simple and efficient way to produce time-zone-aware business hours reports for your global customer base using the same report template.

Batch processing

Our reporting tool helps you produce consistent, standardised reports for all your customers using a template approach.

At run time you can select customers for which to process the report template. You can also save groups of customers for later, making recurring reporting easy for your team.

Our reports will adapt to the monitoring features enabled for each customer and can remove the irrelevant reporting objects at run time. You can create one standard report template to use for many customers, knowing that each report will be tailored to only contain the relevant sections.

Report anywhere

The reporting tool uses secure web API calls, making it accessible from anywhere. There is no direct connectivity required from the reporting tool to your databases.
